I recently stayed at Le Refuge du Poète in Old Longueuil and was thoroughly impressed. The charming rooms were beautifully decorated and featured all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made us feel right at home, even accommodating our cat with great care. The peaceful garden and pond in the backyard provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation.The location was perfect for exploring the quaint neighborhood on foot, and it was just a short commute to Montreal city center by Metro. The complimentary air conditioning in the room was a blessing, especially during the warmer days. The free WiFi throughout the property made it convenient to stay connected, while the nearby public parking was a plus for guests arriving by car.
